Case Name: Fiber Optic Cable Hytrel Tube and Metal Bonding Adhesive

Application Point: Laser projection, fiber optic cable assembly, bonding Hytrel tubes to metal (aluminum alloy, stainless steel). Apply adhesive at 10-15mm from the metal tube opening, then insert and bond several Hytrel tube fibers.

Requirements:

1. Cures at room temperature, initial curing in 5-10 minutes to ensure no debonding during the next assembly process (mainly movement, without significant vibration);

2. Color can be transparent, black, or milky white;

3. Epoxy adhesive.

Reliability requirement: -40°C to 85°C, 168-hour cycle.
